BLACK SIGIL BAAL - DIGITAL DELIVERY & FULFILLMENT POLICY

1. NO PHYSICAL GOODS WILL BE SHIPPED
Black Sigil Baal operates an entirely paperless, digitally fulfilled spiritual practice. By checking out, you acknowledge that absolutely zero physical items, parcels, or letters will be mailed to your physical address.

2. FULFILLMENT TIMEFRAME
True spiritual work cannot be rushed by a ticking clock, but we respect your time. Once your payment clears, your ritual, reading, or spellwork will be scheduled and executed within [Insert your timeframe, e.g., 3 to 5 business days].

3. METHOD OF DELIVERY
The moment the altar candles are snuffed out, your delivery is considered "shipped." You will receive your complete digital package—comprising the photographic evidence, video files, and your post-ritual guidance PDF—sent directly to the email address you provided at checkout. All deliveries originate securely from blacksigilbaal@proton.me.

4. THE SPAM FOLDER CLAUSE
It is your sole responsibility to ensure our email address is whitelisted. If our digital delivery lands in your spam, junk, or promotions folder, the order is still legally considered fulfilled and delivered on time. We will not be held liable for misdirected emails due to typos made by the customer during checkout.
