Once an order is placed and the ritual, reading, or spellwork has commenced, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be granted under any circumstances. You are compensating us for our time, energy, and the materials utilized during the casting process, not for a guaranteed physical outcome.

2. DIGITAL DELIVERY AND TANGIBLE PROOF
Upon completion of your requested service, you will receive digital fulfillment (photographs, video evidence, and a post-ritual guidance PDF). Because these are digital goods that cannot be "returned," the transaction is considered fully executed the moment this email hits your inbox.

3. NO GUARANTEES ON MANIFESTATION
The universe works on its own timeline, and free will is a variable we cannot control. We guarantee the performance of the ritual and the delivery of the digital proof, but we do not and cannot legally guarantee specific real-world results, timeframes, or manifestations.

We maintain meticulous records of every transaction, including digital delivery logs and visual proof of the services rendered. Any attempt to file a fraudulent chargeback or dispute with your bank will be met with immediate submission of these records to your financial institution to validate the completed charge.
